These terms cover your use of this website. It is run by John Grants (Estate Agents) Ltd (trading as John Grants), an independent estate agency, of 267 Fore Street, Edmonton, London, N18 2TY. By using the site you agree to them; if you don't, please don't use it.

They apply to the website only. If you instruct us to sell or let a property, or to manage one, the terms of that service are set out separately and agreed with you directly.

We take care over the details of every property shown, but descriptions, photographs, measurements, floorplans and prices are provided as a guide only. They don't form part of any offer or contract, and a property's price or availability can change — or it can be sold or let — before the site is updated.

Please check anything that matters to you with us, and with your own solicitor and surveyor, before you rely on it or incur costs.

The mortgage and stamp duty calculators give an indication only, based on the figures you enter and the rates we last checked. They are not a quote and not financial or tax advice; your lender, mortgage adviser or solicitor will confirm the real figures.

Our area guides bring together facts from public sources (transport operators, local councils, HM Land Registry and others) to help you get to know a neighbourhood. Stations, schools, services and market figures change, so check anything important before you act on it. Links to official school and council information are provided so you can see the current position.

The text, design and other material on this site belong to John Grants (Estate Agents) Ltd or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish or sell our content, or collect it automatically, without our written permission.

Some photographs (for example in our area guides) are reused under open licences and credited to their photographers on the page; those credits and licence terms apply to the images concerned.

When you send us an enquiry, please give accurate details. How we use what you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The site links to other websites (for example council, transport and school information). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss that results from relying on information on the site or from being unable to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site afterwards means you accept the updated version. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
