If a complaint can't be settled between us, you can take it to The Property Ombudsman. It's a free, impartial service that reviews complaints against property agents and can make an award where it finds an agent at fault. Members also follow its Code of Practice.

Client money protection

Safeagent is a not-for-profit accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents. Its Client Money Protection covers rent and tenancy deposits held by an agent, so tenants and landlords can claim the money back if an agent ever misuses it.
